Foster-Caviness, a leading wholesale distributor of vegetables, fruits and specialties, is searching for a Produce Sales Representative to expand its customer base of independently owned restaurants in the Raleigh area. Candidates should possess the business acumen to position Foster-Caviness as a strategic advantage for our customers. Must have the ability and the desire to expand sales and customer base with emphasis on building street sales. Candidates should be able to network with independently owned restaurants in order to establish and expand relationships with decision makers. Candidates primary focus is Customer Relations involving visitations/calls, issue resolution and delivery audits. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency is key in this position. Must be results driven with documented success in servicing the restaurant industry and exceeding sales goals. Candidate should possess strong process discipline and the ability to grow and develop territory revenue.
Foster-Caviness offers contributing 401k, health and dental benefits and a salary base plus commission. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in produce sales, restaurant management or culinary experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience is highly desired.

Delivery Drivers-Charlotte Facility Dependable, experienced delivery drivers needed to deliver produce in Charlotte and surrounding area. Must have updated DOT medical card, be able to drive a straight truck, have a clean criminal record and pass a drug test. Prior produce distribution experience preferred, but not required. 1st shift position. $10-$10.50 per hour depending on experience.
Driver/Warehouse Associate-Charlotte Facility Dependable person needed to make deliveries as needed and work in warehouse doing shipping and receiving. Must have DOT medical card, be able to drive a straight truck, clean criminal record and pass a drug test. Also, must be familiar with standup forklift and electric pallet jack. Prior produce knowledge preferred. 1st shift position. Wage depending on experience
Delivery Driver-Raleigh Dependable, experienced delivery drivers needed to deliver produce in eastern NC. Must have updated DOT medical card, be able to drive a straight truck, have a clean criminal record and pass a drug test. Prior produce distribution experience preferred, but not required. 1st shift position. $10.50 per hour
Delivery Driver-Greensboro Dependable, experienced delivery drivers needed to deliver produce in the Triad area. Must have updated DOT medical card, be able to drive a straight truck, have a clean criminal record and pass a drug test. Prior produce distribution experience preferred, but not required. 1st shift position. $10.00-$10.50 per hour depending on experience.
