At Foster-Caviness Foodservice, we see ourselves as a dependable and trusted liaison between the farmers that grow the high quality produce that we deliver, and the chefs and foodservice professionals that prepare it for consumers. Throughout our 25 year history, our goal has been to continue establishing strong relationships with those produce professionals by providing our extensive expertise in vendor screening, produce resourcing, food safety, and specialty logistics to market partners across the Carolinas and Southern Virginia.

Our membership in Pro-Act®, the nation’s leading produce distributor to the foodservice industry, provides us with a vast network of produce growers across North America and beyond. This relationship enables us to source a variety of quality products quickly and efficiently, including more exotic varieties of produce that may not be readily available. Although our procurement network is vast, Foster-Caviness is committed to the same strong business relationships in the community in which we live and operate. That is why our Friends of Farmers™ program is designed to work with local growers, so that our customers can enjoy the goodness of local produce while knowing that it directly benefits the growers in their community.
